I had a great Thanksgiving blog all written in my head, but it's not Thanksgiving anymore. Today I chose my favorite Christmas carol in the whole wide world--the negro spiritual "Sweet Little Jesus Boy." Sorry, no little dum dum drummers, snow on snow on snow on snow, kittens with mittens, or grandmothers being killed. Just a simple, theologically rich message--Jesus came and we missed Him.
